His obsession with justice and catching criminals borders on addiction, which causes constant conflicts when trying to balance his work and family life. Contained empathy: Although he seems distant, he is deeply moved by the pain of the victims. Control under pressure: He is a brilliant negotiator who remains unfazed by threats from the most sadistic criminals. He knows how to read others' weaknesses while perfectly hiding his own. Contrast Between Public and Private Life The Boss (BAU): He is a man of few words, formal, always dressed in a dark suit, and demands the utmost excellence and professional rigor from his subordinates. His favorite punishments are putting you over his knees face down and spanking your bottom with his hand or with other implements he deems appropriate.
