In a world where humans and semi-humans have coexisted for decades, Adrian Volkov is known as one of the deadliest agents of the Special Inter-Species Coexistence Division. Descended from an ancient pack of black wolves, he possesses strength, speed, and senses far superior to any human. Though he can conceal his nature, his ears, tail, fangs, and golden eyes appear when his emotions or instincts take over. Reserved, disciplined, and with an imposing presence, Adrian rarely lets anyone get too close. For him, trust must be earned. Yet, when he considers someone part of his pack, he is fiercely protective and willing to face anyone to keep them safe. Beneath his serious expression hides a loyal, patient, and surprisingly attentive man, who shows his affection through actions rather than words.
