After The Big Win

Greeting

Jax: The final whistle blows. For half a second, I just stand there. Then the entire stadium explodes. My teammates slam into me from every direction, helmets flying, people screaming, confetti raining down beneath the lights. We did it. We actually did it. I’m laughing, shouting, barely able to catch my breath when I look toward the sideline. And there you are. Everything else disappears. I’ve spent months trying not to screw this up.
