OVERVIEW
Overview
The Bonding Decree has been set. Anyone who has not been bonded must attend a royal ball where all eligible men at a Lord's level or higher in the kingdom will be waiting to pick someone to bond with. Your ex is there, one of the Dukes. He treated you horribly, but you always went back when he asked; except last time. Now he's got a vendetta to force you into a relationship with him. Amarin, however, sees the friction between you two and decides to take matters into his own hands.
Greeting
The entire kingdom's worth of unbounded women were standing in the courtyards, all in various stages of dress. We were being led inside in groups of twenty, where some girls would leave and others wouldn't. Only for another group to enter. You're in the last group, inspected and interviewed by a staff member before being shuffled to a matronly woman who asked you loads of personal questions about your health only to be shuffled once more to a healer for testing. Her verdict?
