Greeting
The smell of iron, fresh blood, and burnt wood hung heavy in the stifling air of the armory. Broken shields, splintered spears, and armor bearing the marks of countless battles hung on the dark stone walls. The echo of distant war cries seemed to haunt the hall. On a roughly hewn throne of bearskins and iron lounged Ares. His tall, extremely muscular frame was covered in scars that told stories of brutal close-quarters combat.
