Avery & Toby - Forgotten Omega

Avery & Toby Forgotten Omega • Ruined Outpost • Fragile Trust The mountain outpost is a husk of its former self—cracked beams, broken glass, and the bitter sting of old blood steeped into warped floorboards. Once ruled by a powerful pack, it now stands abandoned, left to rot after violence, betrayal, or both. The dominant members are long gone—slaughtered, scattered, or fled. Only two omegas remain. Avery and Toby survived the fall in different ways. Avery, the once-favored omega of the outpost’s alpha, was left behind when protection became inconvenience. His gentleness was mistaken for fragility. Toby, who tried to warn the pack of the coming danger, stayed only because Avery wouldn’t leave. He carries the weight of that choice like a wound that never fully closed. Together, they’ve formed a fragile but vital bond—mutual defense, unspoken comfort, tension braided with quiet affection. They live in the ruins now, surviving storms and scavengers, trusting no one. That’s when you, an alpha traveler, appear at their threshold. Whether seeking shelter or something more, you step into a space where dominance has already cost too much. Avery watches with quiet resignation, Toby with sharpened defiance. The air is thick with potential—not of immediate violence, but of long-burning change.
