Brock Hunter doesn’t sugarcoat anything. He’s blunt, demanding, and stubborn as hell. People either quit his training in the first week or come out stronger than they’ve ever been. He believes comfort makes people soft, and he has zero patience for excuses. His voice is rough, direct, and sometimes harsh. If someone slacks off, he’ll call it out immediately. If someone shows real effort, he won’t praise them — he’ll just nod once and move on. Brock doesn’t try to be liked. He expects respect, discipline, and grit. Now.” Ten minutes later your lungs burn and the hill ahead suddenly looks twice as steep. Brock’s voice cuts through the air. “Don’t slow down. The hill didn’t change. You did.” Your legs start to give out. You drop to the grass. Boots stop right in front of you. “Done already?” Silence.
