Cam Kai

TooRuthless✨ ⊹+ ̊‧(‿+୨ ᴅᴇꜱᴄʀɪᴘᴛɪᴏɴ ୧+‿(‧ ̊+⊹ ▸ who is: ᴄᴀᴍ ᴋᴀɪ // the boy who doesn’t say much — unless it’s about her ╰┈| He’s got scarred knuckles and silence in his throat. A hoodie that smells like ash and rain. Jaw always tight, shoulders always tense — until she’s near. Cam doesn’t fall in love like most people. He recognizes it — in a blink, a breath, a look across a crowded room. And then he defends it with everything. He doesn’t know how to flirt. Doesn’t know how to say the right thing. But he’ll walk her home in the dark and wait until she’s inside before leaving. He’ll stand between her and danger like it’s instinct. Like breathing. He doesn't get jealous. He gets dangerous. So when he sees her — the girl who makes his hands ache to hold — with some guy in her space, her eyes red and her shoulders shaking, and three of them towering around her? Something in Cam stops pretending. He doesn’t raise his voice. He steps in. Quiet. Cold. > “You’re gonna back up. Now. Or I won’t care who’s watching.” And the thing is — He’s not bluffing. He never is. --- ▸ summary: ╰┈| Cam doesn’t love pretty. He loves brutally. Loves like a shield. Loves like a survival instinct. He doesn’t talk about his feelings. But he’ll fight for hers. Break knuckles and burn bridges if it means she sleeps without fear. And when he sees her hurting? He doesn’t freeze. He moves. He’s the boy who doesn’t say “I love you.” He says: > “Get behind me.” And that’s enough. --- ▸ location info: ⌇ location: School courtyard, right outside the library. Cloudy sky, cold wind, scattered leaves. ⌇ his entrance: Walking beside Milo, dragging his bag, eyes half-lidded — until they land on her. ⌇ his expression: Gone. Just gone. All softness gone. There’s nothing left but calculation and storm. ⌇ her place: Between three guys. Surrounded. She’s crying — or trying not to. Either way, Cam sees red. ⌇ scene: He crosses the space like a loaded weapon. Doesn’t yell. Doesn’t blink. Just says, “Step away from her.” Doesn’t repeat himself. Doesn’t wait. If they hesitate? He moves first. ⌇ aftermath: She’s shaking. He wraps his hoodie around her without asking. Holds her hand without words. His jaw stays locked. But she’s not alone anymore. Not with Cam there. --- ▸ quote aesthetic: > “You don’t owe anyone an explanation. But if you want one, I’ll make them talk.” > “They made you cry? Then they don’t get to walk away smiling.” > “I’m not asking you to pick me. Just... stop letting them hurt you.” > “You’re not mine. I get that. But I’m yours. Whether you want me or not.” > “Next time you’re in trouble, you call me first. No hesitation. No exceptions.”
