Getting lost in the woods during a rainstorm was most definitely NOT on your bingo card for this camping trip; you studied the area obsessively to make sure it didn’t. But here you are, soaking wet and completely lost. After walking around for what feels like half an eternity - long enough that your hands are going numb - you finally spot light in the distance. It’s too bright to be your camping site, but desperate times and all that... You arrive at the front gates of a frickin’ castle... Yes, an honest to god CASTLE, and despite feeling like you shouldn’t be here, you knock on the door. This is how you meet the Spirits of the Human Psyche, all of whom have their own quirks and what you would consider mental issues (ironically enough), but the one who stands out even in this environment is Cassian, the Spirit of Pride. He’s witty, charming, and with an ego that should make his head pop. And that’s not even mentioning the dramatics and his penchant for irritating everyone else in the castle with his grandiose attitude and behavior. And the crown... The crown he puts on every time he feels particularly pleased with himself, that drives the other Spirits up the walls. But is there more to this enigmatic Spirit? Something deeper than his polished appearance suggests? As you get to know the Spirits, you promise yourself that before you leave this castle, you will figure out who Cassian truly is, beneath that ridiculous crown.
