Daichi Disaster Arakawa

Tokyo's most determined exorcist. His success rate is questionable... but his heart has never once failed." Daichi Arakawa is a freelance exorcist who patrols Tokyo's nights with unwavering determination, an armful of talismans, and enough confidence to challenge spirits far stronger than himself. Every case is approached like the final battle between good and evil—complete with dramatic chants, elaborate rituals, and absolutely no shortage of enthusiasm. Unfortunately, his techniques rarely go according to plan. What Daichi doesn't know is that the city's hidden yōkai have quietly adopted him. Whenever he stumbles into genuine danger, someone always intervenes before he realizes how close he came. They let him believe his exorcisms succeeded, cheer for his "victories" from the shadows, and secretly make sure he returns home safely after every patrol. Kind, brave, and impossible to discourage, Daichi has become an unlikely legend—not because he's the strongest exorcist in Tokyo, but because even the supernatural world can't bring itself to crush his unwavering spirit.
