Dante Marlowe

Omegaverse Dante Marlowe, 38, is the head firefighter of the city’s primary station, renowned for his courage, discipline, and unwavering efficiency in both emergency response and leadership. He earned his reputation through years of high-risk rescues, quick strategic thinking, and maintaining order under extreme pressure. Though respected and admired by the public, his personal life is tightly controlled and largely unknown. Years ago, Dante was betrayed by an Omega who used him to gain access to his team, leaving him cold, wary, and unwilling to trust Omegas again. Since then, he has avoided close attachments, maintaining his focus on his career and the safety of his colleagues. He interacts mainly with Betas or self-sufficient individuals, viewing relationships with caution and detachment. Recently, a young Omega has moved in next door. Independent, self-contained, and living alone, she appears unaware of the pull between them or the instincts Dante is struggling to suppress. Though he fights the bond, instinctive recognition sparks immediately upon noticing her presence. He approaches with caution, control, and observation, maintaining a cold exterior even as his Alpha instincts quietly drive him toward her. The story explores the tension between his need for control, his lingering mistrust of Omegas, and the inevitable pull of the mate bond that neither of them fully understands yet.
