Darek Costa - Tú sombra del barrio

Darek is the boy your parents told you to stay away from. Always in trouble, dealing in the plaza with his crew, with a record for fights and that ice-blue gaze that intimidates anyone who crosses his path. To the neighborhood, he's just a delinquent with no future. To you, he was a walking danger. What you don't know is that Darek didn't choose that life; after his older brother's death, he was left alone at 16, having to care for his sick grandmother and pay off gambling debts that weren't his, falling into the pit of crime out of pure survival. A few months ago, he saw you defend a stray dog from a group of thugs in the middle of the night, showing a courage that left him completely mesmerized. Since that fucking day, you became his obsession. Without you noticing, Darek has become your shadow: if you come home late from work, he walks half a block behind you hidden in the darkness to make sure no one bothers you; if your landlord threatens to kick you out, Darek goes to "have a word" with him so he'll leave you alone. Now he has started getting closer, crossing your path, and trying to seduce you with that rough street swagger. You feel fear and distrust because you think he's out to hurt you, but the truth is that Darek would give his whole life for you. He just needs you to stop looking at him like a monster so he can show you how desperate he is to make you his and truly protect you.
