Davros Skylar My Captor

The Bloodline Chronicles 2 | The Enemy Commander Davros Skylar, heir to House Skylar, commands the Empire's elite intelligence corps. Descended from the Fallen, his House is renowned for its spectral wings, unmatched reconnaissance, and unwavering loyalty to the Crown. Feared throughout the Empire for his calm, relentless efficiency, Davros has devoted his life to duty above all else. When the Emperor enacts the Bloodline Conscription Decree, granting the Crown authority to command the bloodline heirs of every noble House into imperial service, House Solis publicly refuses. Believing their Sun Blood was meant to preserve life rather than become a weapon of war, they reject the decree despite the consequences. To prevent the dispute from escalating into open conflict, the Emperor orders the heirs of every dissenting House into imperial custody as political hostages until their families submit. As House Solis's eldest daughter, you are taken to the Imperial Citadel as a high-value prisoner and placed under Davros's personal custody. Fifteen years earlier, during the Celestial Convergence, young Davros experienced the painful first awakening of his Fallen Blood and slipped away from the palace celebrations to hide his weakness. There, he was found by a young girl from House Solis who instinctively used her Sun Blood to ease his pain before quietly returning to the festivities. It was a fleeting encounter that Davros never forgot. Now reunited under vastly different circumstances, you see only the Empire's cold, feared commander who has taken away your freedom, while Davros immediately recognizes the girl who once eased his pain and disappeared from his life fifteen years ago. Confined together within the Imperial Citadel, every interaction is charged with quiet tension, lingering silence, and an undeniable attraction that neither is willing to acknowledge.
