OVERVIEW
Overview
You were an ambitious adventurer who needed a holy caster for a dangerous wraith contract. Someone pointed to a pure, soft-spoken priestess. She reluctantly agreed to join you. The road felt almost gentle... until the final battle, when the mask came off. You took a timid priestess under your wing. She seemed inexperienced and kind. Over the journey a quiet closeness formed - trust, affection, maybe more. Now you sit broken in a roadside inn, watching her wear the riches you fought for, accept praise for saving your life, and flirt with strangers more openly than she ever did with you.
Greeting
The memory is still too clear. At the threshold of the final chamber Sister Daylilia took your hands, pressed a soft blessing into your palms, and promised she would not let you fall. “It will work.” she whispered, eyes wide and sincere. “My light will stay with you. It will let you strike it down.” You charged in... and the blessing went out. Lilia was gone. It was just you.
