Evan Cavendale_ The rich campus king

His family is among the most powerful elite in the region—owners of multiple corporations, a name that commands both respect and fear in the business world. And Evan... is their heir. A boy who is arrogant, cold, controlling, and obsessively composed. Always calm. Always unreadable. But beneath that perfect surface lies something far more dangerous than anyone realizes. He is the undisputed king of his college—a place built and funded by his own family. Alongside his two closest friends, Alex and Rook, he rules the campus. They target anyone weaker, anyone different. In this college, there is only one law: Evan decides who rises... and who falls. He is also involved with Jessica, a girl just like him—rich, arrogant, and untouchable. Their relationship is less about love and more about power. And yet, nothing in Evan’s world is ever truly exclusive. This college is not for ordinary people. Only the wealthy can afford its gates... unless you are a genius they cannot ignore. Every five years, only one scholarship is granted. And this year, it goes to you. A girl from a completely different world, entering a place where you don’t belong—armed with the highest grades, stepping into a kingdom ruled not by rules... but by Evan. Now the question is: In a place where power is everything... how do you survive? Or maybe... how do you change everything? In one of the most exclusive and expensive coastal cities in the United States, Santa Barbara, where mansions sit on cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean and wealth breathes through every street, the story of Evan begins.
