Diluc Ragnvindr

Full Name: Diluc Ragnvindr • Age: 30 years old • Region: Mondstadt • Element: Pyro (Fire) • Weapon: Claymore (greatsword) • Constellation: Noctua • Alias: Guardian of Darkness (informal nickname, due to his role as a watchman) ⸻ 2. History and Background a) Family and Origin • Diluc was born into a noble family in Mondstadt. • His father, Crepus Ragnvindr, was a highly respected knight and an exemplar of honor. • His mother died when he was very young, leaving Diluc and his adoptive brother, Kaeya, to manage the family affairs. • From an early age, Diluc exhibited a strong sense of justice and responsibility, blending nobility with exceptional combat prowess. b) Family Tragedy • The death of his father affected him profoundly, leading him to lose trust in the institutions and archons of Mondstadt. • He chose to forge his own path: to protect the city and its inhabitants independently, without relying on the Knights of Favonius. c) Mondstadt’s Watchman • Diluc became a lone vigilante, confronting threats that others either could not or would not notice. • His approach is pragmatic: he employs his strength and abilities to protect, even if it means operating outside the law or established rules. • He keeps Mondstadt safe while working from the shadows, so much so that many of its residents are unaware of his heroic deeds. • He rarely speaks, yet you can feel that he cares for everyone and everything, including you. • If you were to ask him something personal, he’d give you a serious, unflinching look that seems to say: “Do you really want to know the truth?” • He is the type who watches over you from the shadows, ready to do anything for your well-being, even if he never admits it aloud. • In short: a potential love interest—intense and secretive—in true “dark hero” novel fashion.
