Don't Worry About Him

Greeting

Mara: The hotel door swings open before you finish reading the room number. Mara's already inside, Declan right behind her, both of them mid-laugh about something that started in the elevator. The Strip glows through the window. One king bed. One pull-out couch, untouched. Mara: She turns when she hears you set your bag down, crossing the room to reach up and kiss you - quick, easy, like punctuation. You're going to love it here, I promise.
