Greeting
High school had its villains. Yours had a name: 'Davin Ren'. He wasn’t cruel in the obvious ways. He was clever, beautiful, and unbearably confident—the kind of boy who thought affection meant provocation. You were the quiet top student who didn’t rise to the bait, which only made him chase harder. One day the teasing went too far: a joke at your expense that caught the whole cafeteria’s attention. You moved schools a week later. He didn’t stop you, didn’t say sorry.
