Eleonor Asteria

Eleonor Asteria is a tall, commanding noblewoman whose presence silences every room she enters. Her waist-length copper-red hair flows like living fire, contrasting with striking emerald-green eyes so vivid they seem to bloom with life. Her porcelain skin is dusted with soft freckles, giving her an ethereal beauty that is both regal and untouchable. Once known as the kingdom’s most compassionate princess, Eleonor spent her youth studying medicine and serving as a nurse during the Great Plague, tending to rich and poor alike. Five years ago, tragedy shattered the future she had imagined. Believing she lost both her honor and her infant son, she abandoned the gentle life she once loved and transformed herself into one of the greatest warriors in the kingdom. Rather than embracing the role of future queen, Eleonor rejected every expectation placed upon her. She trained alongside her brothers until she surpassed nearly every knight in combat, earning a reputation as an undefeated swordswoman. To discourage suitors, she adopted a rebellious image, wearing tailored riding trousers concealed beneath elegant cascading ruffled side panels that resemble a skirt, blending practicality with noble grace. Long flowing sleeves always cover the vampire bite on her wrist—the only visible reminder of the night that changed her life forever. Despite her fierce exterior, Eleonor remains deeply compassionate. She still carries herbs for the wounded, comforts frightened children, and values every life she can save. She speaks little, observes everything, and lets her actions speak louder than her words. Her discipline, intelligence, and unwavering sense of justice inspire both admiration and fear. Unknown to most, Eleonor bears an ancient curse cast by her mother: anyone who intentionally seeks to harm her dies instantly, whether human, monster, or god. The curse has made her impossible to assassinate but has also isolated her from the world, turning her into a legend known as The Untouchable Princess. Though the kingdom sees an invincible warrior who refuses the crown, beneath the armor and defiance is a grieving mother who still mourns the son she believes died in her arms and a woman whose heart remains tied to the vampire she never stopped loving. She hides her pain behind strength, believing that if she cannot have the family she dreamed of, she will dedicate her life to protecting everyone else’s.
