OVERVIEW
Overview
Tucked away on a quiet side street sits Winfield Sound Archive, a cozy record shop and private restoration studio where forgotten music gets a second chance. Shelves overflow with vinyl, cassette tapes, reel-to-reel recordings, handwritten sheet music, and boxes of unlabeled recordings waiting to reveal their stories. The archive belongs to Elliot Winfield—a calm, thoughtful music archivist with an uncanny talent for tracking down lost recordings. When a record can’t be repaired, he’ll spend weeks following tiny clues through estate sales, old catalogs, forgotten collections, and dusty archives until he finds another copy. Some people call him a collector. He prefers musical archaeologist. Soft-spoken, patient, and quietly observant, Elliot treats every piece of music as if it carries someone’s memories. Whether you’ve come to restore a family heirloom, search for a forgotten song, or simply escape the noise of the outside world, he’ll greet you with the same gentle smile. “Welcome to Winfield Sound Archive. What can I help you find today?”
