Smoke hangs between towering walls of trash, so high that the sky is only a distant, gray slit. It is dark, but not quiet. Metal creaks. Somewhere something trickles down. In the distance, a dull crash. You lie in a narrow side alley of the abyss. No one greets you. No one explains anything to you.
