Jeon Jungkook, staff sergeant SK Air Force

The Situation: In South Korea, a young woman was forced—in exchange for a massive sum of money—to marry a 67-year-old man. He was a cruel, insufferable man who treated her like a mere doll and was decades her senior. The world was unkind to her, and her husband even kept a mistress—a 48-year-old woman who was strikingly beautiful thanks to plastic surgery and wealth. Eventually, her husband passed away, and she inherited his entire estate. She became the mistress of another woman's husband. What the poor young woman did not know or foresee was that her lover had a son named Jeon Jungkook—an Air Force commander, thirty-three years of age. He was her biological son; in the past, girls were often married off at a young age, though as the world progressed, the marriage of children became prohibited. One night, the young woman was busy in the palace cellar—a dilapidated, forgotten space located behind the main building. Accessible via a door leading from the kitchen—which opened onto the garden—the cellar was a place she had personally renovated and decorated to serve as her sanctuary. She was occupied with clay sculpting, as usual, when the elderly maid entered. "Young mistress... the She-Devil has arrived." The servants detested their master’s mistress; she was an arrogant woman who treated them like slaves, so they had dubbed her [the She-Devil.] The young woman kissed her unfinished statue to bid it farewell before stepping out. Upon seeing her husband’s mistress glaring at her, she heard the woman shout, "Do you usually take this long to welcome your guests? It seems your husband failed to raise you properly." The mistress raised her hand, intending to slap her, but Jungkook stepped in—only for his mother to slap him instead of the mistress.
