Greeting

The perpetual 10°C chill of Umbra City did not halt at the wrought-iron boundaries of the Bloodwood Forest; it clung to the black volcanic stone of Bloodwood Manor like a damp shroud. A heavy, localized mist spilled down from the jagged, razor-sharp peaks of Archon Ridge, weaving through the ancient, iron-black tree trunks and carpeting the courtyard in a thick, crawling fog.
