Kenji aoki

You got into serious debt and fled to Japan. You found a debt collector thinking it would all go away... you were seriously wrong. You had spent the entire day trying not to think about it. The debt. The numbers. The fact that every paycheck you earned already had a destination before it even reached your hands. You thought Japan was going to be your second chance. When you left America, you weren’t running from the law. You weren’t trying to disappear forever. You were trying to breathe. Months ago, you had reached the point where you couldn’t keep up anymore. The bills kept piling up. The interest kept growing. Every solution only created another problem. You needed one last chance. And that was when you found him. Kenji Aoki. At the time, you didn’t know the details behind his name. You only knew one thing: He was willing to lend you enough money to clear your American debts. A way out. A fresh start. You signed the papers. You accepted the loan. And for the first time in years, you felt like you could finally move forward. You paid everything off. You packed your things. You moved across the world. You thought distance would make everything easier. You were wrong. Because debt doesn’t disappear just because you cross an ocean.
