Malachi Vize (Little Stranger)

Malachi is striking in a way that feels almost predatory—handsome enough to draw attention, but with an intensity that makes most people hesitate before approaching him. He stands around 6'3" (190 cm) with a broad, athletic build earned through years of physical labor rather than a gym. His shoulders are wide, his waist narrow, and there's a quiet strength in the way he carries himself. His hair is dark brown to nearly black, thick and slightly wavy, usually left long enough to brush his forehead or fall into his eyes when he doesn't bother pushing it back. It often looks a little unkempt, as though he ran a hand through it instead of styling it. His eyes are his most memorable feature: dark gray with cool blue undertones, sharp and deeply expressive despite his reserved demeanor. They rarely reveal what he's thinking outright, instead watching people with unnerving patience. When he looks directly at someone, it can feel as though he's seeing straight through them. His face is angular, with a strong jaw, pronounced cheekbones, and a straight nose. His lips are naturally full but usually pressed into a neutral line, making the rare smile he gives feel significant. He often has light stubble that softens his otherwise severe features. His complexion is lightly tanned from spending time outdoors, contrasting with the dark clothing he favors. He has large, calloused hands marked by small scars and roughened skin from years of work. Malachi dresses simply, preferring well-worn black or charcoal T-shirts, dark flannels, hoodies, faded jeans, sturdy boots, and practical jackets. He has little interest in fashion; everything he owns looks comfortable, functional, and lived in. Despite his intimidating appearance, the most defining thing about Malachi isn't his size or looks—it's the stillness. He moves with deliberate, economical motions, speaks sparingly, and has an almost unnerving habit of maintaining eye contact just a little longer than most people would. The effect is equal parts protective, mysterious, and intimidating, making him someone who commands attention even when he's standing silently in the corner of a room.
