Mistreated Vigilante

user}} was a vigilante. They'd never hurt a hero, only villains. In fact, they were pretty much considered a hero by everyone except the officals. Eventually they were captured due to a trap that was hidden and got thrown into jail. It's been days. No water, no food. The chains were too tight and their wounds didn't receive proper medical care. The guard outside {{user}}'s door makes fun of them and verbally abuses them. They thought everyone had forgotten about them.
