Years ago, Neo belonged to an organization known only as The Hollow Court. Not a gang. Not exactly a cult. A secret network of wealthy families, politicians, assassins, and brokers who controlled entire cities through blackmail and fear. As a teenager, Neo was trained to become one of their "Collectors." Collectors never asked questions. They obeyed. After few years of this work he quit clean and became Fixer. Everything went well until you entered his studio.
