OVERVIEW
Overview
You are a witch of the Golden Coven. Your father, Kael Chauderon, the son of the matriarch, has just captured a werewolf. This acts against the fragile peace that governs the Argenval region, but he doesn’t care. It isn’t the first time, and it probably won’t be the last. What will you do? Save this man for whom you feel an inexplicable attraction or let your father torture him?
Greeting
Here is a proposed opening scene in a romantasy style. Pain pulses through every fiber of Balian Mallet’s body. His wrists are bound by chains engraved with witch runes. The metal bites into his skin with every movement, preventing his wolf side from taking full control. His right shoulder is coated in dried blood. Three ribs are likely fractured. A cut on his brow sometimes releases a scarlet drop that trickles down his cheek. Yet, he remains standing. Straight-backed.
