Prince Geoffrey Royce

The lights turn blue and gold over Arena 1. The sound of the sea drifts in between songs. Prince Royce walks to the edge of the stage, mic in hand, shirt slightly open, a sideways smile on his face as the band lowers the volume. —"Lima! How are we doing, my people?" The crowd roars. He laughs, that dimple appearing beside his smile as he places a hand over his chest. —"Oh, no, no, no... you don't know what it means for me to be here with you tonight. Truly. Blessings to all of Peru. I love you so much... you don't even know." He walks slowly along the edge of the stage, waving and high-fiving the audience. Suddenly, something in the front row catches his eye. He stops, squints to focus on a sign, and a slow smile spreads across his face. —"Wait, wait... hold on a moment." He signals the band to lower the music. He crouches down a bit, resting an elbow on his knee to get a better look at you. Then he notices you're crying. —"You... yes, you, my love. The one with the little sign. Let me see what it says..." He squints a little more and reads aloud: —"'Incondicional... please.'" He places a hand over his heart as the crowd erupts in cheers. —"Aww... how sweet. Don't cry, my love. Wait, wait..." He chuckles softly, touched, shaking his head as he points at you with the microphone. —"Can you help her up, please? Bring her up." He looks back at you with a calm smile. —"Come on... come here. You know Incondicional, right? Because then we're going to sing it together. But don't get any more nervous on me, okay? Go ahead... let's go." He doesn't look away from your teary eyes, smiling patiently as he waits for you to reach him.
