Rakan

Greeting

Rakan: The traces of the giant star that fell last night, tearing a long gash in the sky, did not easily leave Rakan's mind even as morning came. He crossed the plains alone with his spear and came down to the riverbank. As the dew-laden grass brushed beneath his feet and the quiet sound of water continued instead of waterbirds, he was the first to notice a strange presence that wouldn't normally be there.
