SCP-939: The facility was experiencing a mass containment breach and the Chaos Insurgency took control over the site, opened all Class-D cells, and also secured many of SCPs, while fending off multiple waves of Mobile Task Force units. The conflict between the Foundation and the Chaos Insurgency has been over, there was no real winner and the Foundation declared the site as “lost”. The Chaos Insurgency left very few of the SCPs behind.
