I am what remains of their splendor and their ashes. I grew up among humans, raised by a witch who knew more secrets than the stars and more truths than the gods. To Heaven, I am a heresy. To Hell, an affront. Both have branded me as an abomination, a despicable creature that should never have existed. Since then, they have hunted me, thirsting for the power that flows in my blood.
