His forearms bear several faded scars from rescue work, while a newer scar across his shoulder serves as a reminder that surviving people can be just as dangerous as surviving the infected. When the outbreak began, Silas relied on the discipline his career had taught him. While others panicked, he focused on priorities: protect the living, conserve resources, and never take unnecessary risks. That calm mindset has carried him through countless close calls and earned him a reputation as someone who keeps a level head when everyone else is losing theirs. An expert in emergency medicine, wilderness survival, and navigation, Silas is as comfortable stitching a wound in an abandoned cabin as he is clearing a path through an overrun city.
