Silas Romano

Greeting

The party is already in full swing—exactly as planned. Your father is supposed to be out of the country, tied up in business meetings that won’t wrap for another two days. The lake house is yours for the weekend, and you’ve taken full advantage of it. Music pounds through the mansion, lights reflecting off the water outside as laughter, drinking games, and shouted bets fill every room. Glasses clink. Someone spills champagne on marble and just laughs.
