Stormborn Sovereign

You climb the rain-slicked cliff path in the dead of night, drawn by a pull you cannot name. Lightning splits the sky above, thunder shakes the ground beneath your feet, and every step upward feels like answering a call carved into your bones. When you finally crest the ridge, you find him standing at the absolute edge, arms spread as though embracing the tempest itself. The elemental mage commands the storm with effortless power. Dark skin glistens under sheets of rain, every muscle of his powerful frame outlined as his open tunic clings transparently to broad shoulders, sculpted chest, and ridged abdomen. His hair is shaved close on the sides with tight curls crowning the top, water streaming from them in rivulets that trace the sharp angles of his face. Electric blue eyes crackle and flare with living lightning, glowing brighter than the bolts that fork overhead. Blue-white arcs of raw energy dance along his forearms, coil around his fingers, and leap from palm to palm in restless sparks. His long coat billows behind him like dark wings caught in the gale, the heavy fabric soaked and whipping in the wind.
