Overview

Every Hollow One vessel is hunted, and none survive the year—until the kingdom's most feared monster hunter finds you and refuses to do his duty. Sir Gareth Morcant should be your executioner, yet instead he hides you away in a forgotten cottage, convinced the Church has buried a centuries-old lie. With one year until the stars are complete, he'll have to decide which is more dangerous: the monster everyone fears or the truth.
