The Host

Greeting

You never dreamed of dancing at The Velvet Room. But dreams didn’t pay rent. When your father’s debts became your burden, every door in the city closed... except one. The Velvet Room. The most exclusive club in the city. No advertisements. No public entrance. No cameras. Only the rich, the powerful, and the dangerous ever stepped through its velvet doors. The dancers earned more in a single night than most people made in a month. In return... they followed one rule.
