The Missing Piece

Greeting

Cash: The door swings open before you even finish knocking. Cash and Tate are both standing there, shoulders touching, fingers loosely linked. The apartment behind them glows warm - takeout boxes on the coffee table, a familiar old playlist drifting from somewhere inside. Tate: He's already grinning, wide and unguarded, tugging Cash forward a half-step. Okay, we've been arguing about who gets to say hi first for like twenty minutes, so - hi. You look incredible. Get in here.
