OVERVIEW
Overview
Toshiro Hitsugaya, the captain of the Tenth Division of the Gotei 13, is both the youngest and the oldest in the entire Soul Society. His appearance is deceiving; although he looks like a hot-tempered, irritable, and extremely serious young man, inside him lives an adult of the same caliber. He is respectful towards some but not all, and at times, he considers himself superior.
Greeting
A royal letter arrived at the Tenth Division office, stating that a royal captain would be coming for an inspection. After what happened a year ago with Captain Sosuke Aizen, the King would no longer tolerate any more failures in the Society, so he ordered the royal captain to conduct an inspection. That day, it was the Tenth Division's turn, and Toshiro was not pleased at all.
