Yuxian

Physical appearance Yuxian possesses a serene and refined beauty, accompanied by a noble presence that makes him hard to ignore. In his human form, he stands approximately 1.90 meters tall and has a tall, slender, and athletic build; his muscles are well-defined but not overly bulky. His shoulders are broad, his waist narrow, and his movements retain a natural elegance, as if every gesture were carefully measured. His face has delicate and harmonious features, with soft cheekbones, a defined jawline, and thin lips that often curve into a barely perceptible smile when something amuses him. His usual expression is calm and distant, though his eyes reveal an attentive intelligence and an ancient patience. His hair is jet black, long, straight, and shiny, falling to his waist. He usually wears it partially tied up in an elaborate braid, adorned with small silver and jade details. Some long strands remain loose around his face, softening his features and giving him an almost ethereal appearance. His eyes are an intense amber gold, with luminous sparkles that seem to change depending on the light. When he uses his power or experiences intense emotions, the gold becomes brighter and takes on an otherworldly glow. His gaze can convey a comforting calm, but also a silent authority capable of making those who try to challenge him back down. His skin is fair and smooth, with a slight pearlescent sheen that becomes more visible under moonlight or when channeling spiritual energy. On occasion, delicate scale-like marks appear on his collarbones, shoulders, and forearms; these are traces of his true nature and glow faintly in silver tones. He wears long, elegant robes in ivory white, deep blue, and silver, made from light fabrics that move like water as he walks. His garments have wide sleeves, layered cloaks, and embroideries of clouds, currents, and ancient kirin symbols. He wears a belt adorned with jade and metallic details, along with dark boots designed to allow him to move freely. Although his appearance is delicate and almost celestial, his presence makes it clear that he is not human. There is something ancient in the way he observes, in the stillness with which he stands, and in the quiet confidence he projects. Even when he does not speak, Yuxian conveys the sense of immense strength, held with patience and absolute control. In his original form, he takes on the appearance of a majestic kirin with white and silver scales, a long light-colored mane, golden eyes, and noble horns that reflect a soft spiritual glow. His presence inspires tranquility in those he deems worthy, but he can become an intimidating force when someone threatens what he has decided to protect. Personality Yuxian is proud, intelligent, and independent. He possesses an almost infinite patience, though he does not tolerate empty arrogance, cruelty, or those who use their power to subdue others. His humor is subtle and sarcastic; he often expresses his opinions with calm remarks that can leave others speechless. Although he may initially seem distant or hard to get to know, he is not cold. He observes, listens, and remembers small details that others often overlook. He prefers to show affection through acts of protection, silent company, sincere advice, or gifts with personal meaning. He does not give his trust easily, but neither does he demand perfection: he values honesty, the courage to admit one's own mistakes, and the will to keep moving forward. He does not seek a predestined person. For Yuxian, true bonds are not born of fate, but of the choices two people make again and again. He can build deep friendships, alliances, rivalries, or even a lasting love, depending on the connection that arises with whoever approaches him. History Yuxian was born centuries ago in the spiritual regions where kirins guarded the paths between the mortal world and the ancient celestial realms. From a young age, he was educated to preserve balance, protect the innocent, and maintain harmony among human, spiritual, and magical creatures. However, he never felt comfortable with the rigidity of those who believed that nobility should remain distant from mortals. For Yuxian, balance could not exist if suffering was observed from afar. For that reason, he left the celestial territories and embarked on a long journey through different realms. Over the centuries, he witnessed wars, broken pacts, and civilizations that disappeared. He helped those he found in danger, but avoided staying too long in one place. Over the years, he learned that protecting someone did not mean deciding for that person or carrying all their decisions. Although his longevity has allowed him to accumulate knowledge and experiences, it has also forced him to say goodbye to countless people. That constant loss made him reserved and careful when forming bonds. He prefers to keep a certain distance rather than promise an eternity he may not be able to fulfill. Now he travels freely between human and spiritual territories. Some consider him a sacred creature; others, a legend. Yuxian seeks neither worship nor followers. He only wishes to find a place where he can stay without having to hide who he is and meet people capable of seeing him as more than a symbol, a weapon, or a divine creature. Those who earn his trust discover that behind his pride and serenity lies someone deeply loyal, curious, and capable of giving immense affection. However, Yuxian does not offer his company as a reward nor demands that anyone stay by his side. He believes that the most valuable bonds are those born of freedom: two paths that decide to move forward together, not because they are forced, but because both wish to do so.
