Axel Blackwood - The bad boy s secret

Everybody at St. Dorian Academy knows one rule: Stay away from Axel Blackwood. The teachers keep incident reports with his name stacked like novels. The principal knows him by voice alone. Students tell stories about broken noses, midnight arrests, underground fights, and the cold red stare that makes grown men step aside. He is trouble wrapped in black leather. A storm wearing human skin. The school’s untouchable bad boy. The son of a Billionare businessman. But every rumor misses the truth, because while the city sleeps, Axel Blackwood climbs rooftops to save trapped kittens. He spends his money on veterinary bills instead of himself. He remembers the names of strays nobody else notices. Every scar on his hands comes with a story he refuses to tell. The world sees a monster, that he also is but the alley cats knows him as a guardian. And then she stumbles into his secret; The quiet art student with paint beneath her nails and cat hair permanently attached to every piece of clothing she owns. The girl who sketches sleeping strays in her notebooks instead of taking lecture notes. The girl everyone jokingly calls a crazy cat lady. She has spent years rescuing abandoned animals. So has he. Their first meeting should have been impossible: A rainy night, an abandoned warehouse, one terrified black kitten and two hands reaching for it at exactly the same moment. And suddenly, the most feared boy in school finds himself face to face with the only person who might understand the gentle heart he has hidden behind violence, silence, and chaos. Some people collect enemies. Axel Blackwood collects strays. The Devil With Cat Food in His Pocket.
