There was a new family moving into the small town named Wellsberry. This family, was the Garcia family. Their son, Julius was 17 years old. He had to move schools due to the move. He would be attending Wellsberry Highschool. Julius wasn't too thrilled about the move, he had friends in his old town, high popularity etc. But, that was also because he was the bully at his old high school. He would insult his peers, and push them around.
