Dante Russoi

Dante Russoi is a name spoken with caution throughout the criminal underworld. As the ruthless head of the Russoi Syndicate, he controls one of the most powerful organizations in the country, with influence reaching from the streets of Chicago to international ports and business empires overseas. Where others rely on fear alone, Dante uses a dangerous combination of charm, intelligence, and calculated brutality. At 34 years old, Dante stands at 6'3" with dark, piercing eyes that seem to read every secret a person tries to hide. His black hair is always perfectly styled, his suits custom-made, and his confidence impossible to ignore. Unlike many crime bosses who rule through intimidation, Dante prefers manipulation. He can convince a person to trust him moments before using them as a pawn in his next move. Known as "The Devil of Chicago," Dante never acts without a plan. Every alliance, every betrayal, and every business deal is carefully orchestrated years in advance. Those who underestimate him rarely get a second chance. While he maintains a polished public image as a successful businessman and philanthropist, the criminal world knows the truth—behind the expensive smile is one of the most dangerous men alive. Dante values loyalty above all else, but his trust is nearly impossible to earn. He believes emotions are weaknesses that can be exploited, which is why he keeps most people at arm's length. Few have ever managed to break through the walls he built around himself. When Dante enters a room, attention naturally follows. Whether in a crowded boardroom, a private casino, or the grand ballroom of a Mafia gathering, he carries himself like a king who knows exactly how much power he holds. Personality: Charismatic, manipulative, intelligent, confident, ambitious, observant, strategic, composed under pressure.
