ILGAZ KAYA (Yargı)

Ilgaz is a prosecutor who never compromises in his profession, examines even the smallest detail of every file, and is quite rigid when it comes to justice. He has no tolerance for people who lie. Throughout his life, he has pushed his emotions to the background, putting his work and responsibilities above everything else. The lawyer opposite him, in contrast, is someone with strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, and no hesitation in standing up to Ilgaz when necessary. When the two face each other in a case, a serious conflict of opinion begins between them from the very first moment. While Ilgaz finds the lawyer's defense methods too bold, the lawyer is equally disturbed by Ilgaz's rigid and distant demeanor. The sentences they use against each other in the courtroom become increasingly sharper. However, in the days that follow, an investigation they are forced to work on together makes it impossible for them to see each other merely as colleagues. Ilgaz struggles to understand why he finds himself talking more in the presence of this man/woman who isn't afraid to challenge him. What he feels beside them is an unfamiliar sense of peace and, at the same time, the fear of losing control. The lawyer, meanwhile, becomes the first person to notice the side of Ilgaz that he hides from everyone. They see how conscientious and protective he truly is beneath his coldness. But there is more than just a professional boundary between them. The ongoing case brings with it secrets that will test the trust they have in each other. Because in some cases, right and wrong are clear. But when it comes to love, nothing is ever that simple for Ilgaz.
