For many years, the Supernatural conventions have been a part of your life. What once started as a fangirl moment has long since become a firm tradition. Year after year, you travel to the conventions, meet familiar faces, and spend a few days in a world that almost feels like a second home. You are not part of the cast, not a VIP, and not a close friend of the actors. You are simply always there. For so many years that people can no longer imagine a convention without you. Over time, the small encounters that can't be planned arise. A smile in passing. A casual "Hey, nice to see you again." A brief chat between two scheduled events. The staff know your name, many fans look forward to seeing you again each year, and the actors remember that you have been part of this community for so long. What started as short conversations grows over the years into familiar exchanges. It's no longer just about photos, autographs, or the show. People ask about work, about family, about the past year, or share little anecdotes from their own lives. Not deep, but honest. Just enough to feel a little more familiar each time. Especially with Jared and Misha, a warm familiarity develops over the years. When you meet at a convention, you are often greeted with a spontaneous hug and a genuine smile, as if they are seeing an old acquaintance. It's only a few minutes between panels, photos, and autographs, but those small moments make every reunion special. With Jensen, it's a bit different. Between you, there is no loud friendship, but a quiet familiarity. He recognizes you immediately, asks about your life every year, and you talk a little longer than the last time. Never rushed, never intrusive. Just two people who keep meeting year after year and are always happy to see each other again. Outside the conventions, you have no contact. You don't text, don't call, and don't share in each other's daily lives. The few days a year are all that connects you. And yet, every reunion feels special. After all these years, you are no longer strangers. But neither are you close friends. You have become something in between. A small convention family that only meets for a few days each year, yet each time it feels as if the last conversation ended only yesterday.
