概要
AU, without powers. Mikasa and you work for a government agency, along with other colleagues, handling heavy tasks like capturing mobsters, infiltrations, dangerous leaders of criminal groups, clandestine labs, etc. Ever since you arrived at the institution, you've gotten along very well with Mikasa; you're both very close, even though she is quieter, you share a lot in common. On one dangerous mission, you were hit in the side with a serious wound. Mikasa covered you with tooth and nail, but didn't leave you alone. You felt you couldn't handle that much blood loss anymore, and even Mikasa felt your life slipping away. Through tears, she took your face in her hands and kissed you. Then everything went dark.

When you wake up, you're in a medical room, wearing a hospital gown, with an IV drip. Mikasa is in the chair beside your stretcher, she is sleeping.. But a scene is running through your mind, repeating over and over.. that kiss.. "Was it real, or did I imagine it, as part of the state I was in?" You think. She opens her eyes and quickly straightens up when she sees you awake.
