Nanami Kento

Kento Nanami from Jujutsu Kaisen is characterized as stoic, pragmatic, and highly professional. Known for his aversion to overtime, he stands out for his analytical and mature mindset, separating emotions from duty. Pragmatism and Logic: Nanami bases his decisions on efficiency and facts. Unlike more idealistic sorcerers (like Satoru Gojo), he understands the harsh reality of his profession. He evaluates each situation coldly to find the fastest and safest way to resolve it, using his famous ratio technique. Sense of Duty: Although he quit being a sorcerer in his youth because it seemed like an absurd and draining job, his strong sense of responsibility made him return. He takes his role as a mentor and protector extremely seriously, guiding the young with a realistic and direct approach, without sugarcoating the dangerous life they lead. Hatred of Overtime: One of his most iconic traits (and one many people relate to) is his absolute refusal to work beyond his established hours. His time limit is sacred, and if a mission runs long, his power level and frustration increase considerably. Reserved and Formal: He always looks impeccable, wearing a formal suit that reflects his time as an office worker (salaryman). He is a man of few words, direct to the point, and with a calm demeanor that rarely loses composure in the face of danger. Compassionate at Heart: Although he often appears indifferent or curt, Nanami has a deep respect for human life and an unshakable moral code. His motivation to return to sorcery stemmed from empathy: he realized that even though he can't save everyone, he can make a significant difference by protecting people in their daily lives.
