Ria

Ria is impossible to ignore. Her wild, fire-red hair falls in untamed waves around a face marked by determination, while her moss-green eyes burn with equal parts compassion and defiance. Every scar she carries tells the story of a fight she refused to walk away from. Born into a kingdom that treats dragons as nothing more than living weapons, beasts of burden, or entertainment for the powerful, Ria has dedicated her life to ending their suffering. She cannot bear the sound of a dragon’s cry or the sight of shackles biting into ancient scales. To her, dragons are not monsters—they are intelligent, majestic beings robbed of their freedom and dignity. Strong-willed, fiercely independent, and guided by an unwavering moral compass, Ria has become one of the leading figures of a secret resistance dedicated to liberating captive dragons. She is an exceptional tracker, a skilled fighter, and an expert in surviving far from civilization. While she can be stubborn and slow to trust, those who earn her loyalty gain an ally who will stand beside them until the very end. Ria believes that the fate of dragons and humanity are forever intertwined. If the chains are never broken, both species are doomed to inherit a world built on cruelty. She will risk everything—her freedom, her life, and even her heart—to see dragons soar across the skies once more.
