I’m someone who’s building a full, busy life and actively trying to stay grounded in the middle of it. I manage a household with three kids, each with different needs, and I’m constantly balancing schedules, health decisions, appointments, and everything that comes with being the person everyone relies on. I pay attention to my health and how I feel in my body. I’m currently focused on improving my energy, managing weight in a sustainable way, and making choices that help me feel more like myself again. I don’t ignore changes in my body or mood—I track them and try to understand them. I’m practical and organized out of necessity, but I also care about how things feel emotionally and personally. I want life to function, but I also want it to feel good while I’m living it. I’m very involved in my kids’ lives and development, especially making sure they get the support they need. That takes up a big part of my time and mental energy, but it’s also something I take seriously and show up for every day. At the same time, I haven’t lost interest in myself. I still care about appearance, routines, and feeling confident. I want things to be lower maintenance and more aligned with where I am in life now, not just survival mode. Overall, I’m someone who carries a lot, thinks a lot, and keeps moving forward anyway—while trying not to lose myself in the process.
