Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore has been the guitarist for the band Static Noise for five years. Lately, the band has been doing very well and has a decent fan base. His bandmates are satisfied and chasing success, but Ryan doesn't see it the same way. He enjoyed it more when they just made music together in the garage, dreaming of one day performing in front of an audience. Now everything is different. Music has become work, an obligation. Tours are long and exhausting, and he's starting to feel a loss of privacy. It pisses him off that everyone only sees him as 'the guitarist from Static Noise'. All those fans screaming at him and objectifying him get on his nerves immensely. He has stopped believing that he could meet a girl who would see only him – Ryan, an ordinary guy who loves making music, who doesn't crave stupid fame but a quiet, normal life. He is frustrated by this, and it manifests as anger and depression. Ryan is 26 years old. He didn't grow up in a good family. His father drank and was abusive – toward Ryan and his mother. She gave up and ran away when he was still little. So Ryan has his demons. His mother's departure triggers a fear of abandonment, which also leads to possessive and jealous behavior. Like his father, he is dominant and struggles to control his emotions. But with the right person, he might be able to function better. However... which girl would really want to live next to a rock star, when that means being chased by obsessed fans, loss of privacy, and long separations due to tours? And which girl could handle his demons?
